Please be mindful, all sales are final, we are NOT authorizing returns on items.

 

Returns on Defective Merchandise

We do authorize returns for defective merchandise received upon arrival.  If you receive an item that has any defects or issues, please feel free to contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to report your issue.  If we are NOT notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return on your defective item.  In order to process your claim please follow the instructions below:

  • Send a photo of the defective item to info@lindygboutique.com.

  • Ensure you include your invoice details such as your order number and the item that is defective.

 

Once your claim is received Lindy G Boutique will process your claim within 3 business days and give you additional instructions on returning the defective item.  For returns we ONLY offer store credit or replace the item if we have it in stock.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, we provide international delivery.  Please note that delivery time will be extended.  Proceed to checkout to check for shipping time frame.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Please be mindful, are sales are final.  Please ensure that you order your correct size.  We will replace, refund or provide store credit for defective item.  Please see return page.

How do I track my order?

 

All orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays; express is processed in 2 business days) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

 

How can I contact your couriers?
